Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Gladify Designs to create a special piece of art for you.

We respectfully ask you to read the Terms of Services and Policies. 

Receipt of Art

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your artwork to determine if any damages have occurred during shipping to you.

Sale items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not allow exchanges or cancellations. 

 

Refunds

Due to the uniqueness of each piece of art we create specifically for our customers we rarely encounter a request for a refund.

In the event a return is needed please note returns are only accepted with an authorization code and shipping label issued by Gladify Designs. All return shipping is at the cost of the customer unless it is caused by damage incurred during shipping to the customer. Gladify Designs purchases insurance for all packages shipped to our customers.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
